Mei Zhang

Senior Graphic Designer

Mei was born and raised in Beijing. She spent two years living in Milan and is now based in Shanghai. She works as a designer, but still dreams of being an artist.

Her passion for design began in junior high school when she first discovered Adobe Photoshop, inspiring her to pursue a career in graphic design. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Beihang University before completing a Master's degree in Communication Design at Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti Milano (NABA). Her international background allows her to communicate in Chinese, English, and Italian.

Before moving to Shanghai, Mei worked as both a UI/UX designer and a graphic designer in Beijing, building a strong foundation across digital and visual design. Working across branding, digital, and marketing projects for international clients in the hospitality and tourism industries, Mei enjoys combining strategic thinking with strong visual execution. She is passionate about transforming complex ideas into engaging and effective design solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Outside of work, drawing has always been an important part of Mei's life. She continues to create and share her illustrations on social media, hoping to bring a little warmth and joy to people through her playful artistic style.
